Thanks for your reply but I just want to clarify that you’ve disconnected the account from the settings menu in the game and signed out altogether from the Google Play app?
We can’t manually assign a Google Play ID to an account, you have to do this yourself once we’ve removed the ID from our system but we have to do this carefully so you don’t lose the account.
